I like to win… I like beating people at stuff and I like getting beat, like I like the feeling of getting beat at something, because there’s no excuses… if they scored more points than you… go home and learn.

The amount of joy that I get off of watching people grow is off the charts. I get so much joy off of watching people come to this company and grow. I throw a lot of money into resources that other people wouldn’t to help people to grow. You can’t change where you get joy from… a lot of people get joy out of watching the number get bigger. They get joy out of that business class flight, that first class flight, they get joy taking those pictures on Instagram and showing people that sh**, they get joy out of those inc 5000 lists. You got to know what boxes you’re trying to check. You got to know what boxes we’re trying to check or otherwise you’ll always be kind of rudderless.
